Russia Launches Strikes at Ukraine

What changed
Russia launched strikes at Ukraine, hours after the expiration of a 72-hour truce. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Ukraine would retaliate if Russia decided to return to a full-scale war. Zelenskyy also reported that Russia fired over 200 drones at Ukraine as the truce expired.
